Kevin Durant has been on a tear during the month of January, averaging 37 points during his last 11 games. Tonight Durant scored 46 points on 17-25 shooting, including 6-7 from the three point line. His 46 points helped secure a 105-97 win against the Portland Trail Blazers.
As if girls didn’t already like Minnesota Timberwolves guard, Ricky Rubio, the young Spaniard scored some points by playing catch with a little girl during intermission. Well done Ricky, well done.
Greg Oden has been making his few minutes count with the Miami Heat. It’s obvious Miami is taking their time with the center and it will be interesting to see how Oden can play with a good amount of minutes. In Greg’s 6 minutes of play, he was very productive including this block on Boston Celtics, Jeff Green at the rim!
With 13 points and 7 rebounds, Chris “Birdman” Anderson was able to turn two of his rebounds into a stylish four points. Check it out as the Birdman flies in for back to back tip jams during a 93-86 victory.
